"We visited 2026/01/24 and 2026/01/27. So good, we had to go back!!! We found this pub via Google search as we'd arrived in San Diego that morning and looked for a local spot for lunch. The reviews were wonderful so off we went. From the outside, well just OK. From the inside WOW! Such a happy, friendly and fun staff from beginning to end! Abby took our order at the window, got a number and sat down at nearby table, open seating. Our order arrived shortly after, looking great and smelling great! We ordered burger sliders, sweet potato fries, and fish n chips to share. The SLIDERS were awesome!! Definitely a favorite! Fish n Chips were also very good. Most of all, our server Abby, and the rest of the staff was very fun, attentive and so nice!! We were so impressed by the quality of food and service here!! Prices were appropriate for portions and quality served. On our second visit a few days later, we ordered sliders and sweet potato fries again. My hubby tried the breaded chicken sandwich. EVERYTHING was so good once again. The service just as great as before! It's definitely our new favorite place to eat in San Diego!! Cannot wait to go back. BTW the decor is sports fabulous fun, fun bar, and lots of TVs to watch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"I just had to leave another 5 star review for this place! It starts with the helpful smile at the ordering window where you are given a number which you take to your table. Within a few minutes your drink order arrives and soon after the meal. Having had the fish and chips several times and been blown away by the taste and quantity, this time I opted for the wings which are also deep fried in beef tallow. Just unbelievable. If you are on the carnivore diet this is a must have meal that will leave you satiated and full of protien. Ask for them extra crispy and you won't be disappointed. Be sure and order the large order because heated up the next day is just as good as the first! The homemade ginger dipping sauce is the perfect marriage! That an a cold Mango Cart makes the night complete!"

"I had a really hard day. I needed some great food and a stiff drink. I ordered a Negroni and the harbor town burger - no bun, lettuce wrap, no cheese with a side of sweet potato fries. Now, at a pub I usually expect typical pub quality food (and drink). Especially when you take away the cheese and the bun from a hamburger. But, my first bite of my lettuce wrapped burger was perfect. Just like I make it at home. Quality beef, excellent flavors and a perfect cook time. Usually without cheese, the lower quality beef reveals itself - but not here. Fresh, and flavorful. And the sweet potato fries rocked. As did the excellent, balanced Negroni. Everyone who works there that we interacted with was friendly, patient and smiling. Just what I needed. Thank you .. glad I found you"

"This spot had been on our list for a while, and we’re so glad we finally made it out to watch a Padres game! It’s a great family-friendly dive bar with a laid-back, lively vibe. There were multiple TVs throughout the bar and lots of Padres fans cheering alongside us, which made it even more fun. The food was great, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, they have a small arcade tucked away in the back, which was a hit with the kids... and with us! (Of course, we couldn’t resist playing a few games—my personal favorite was the duck claw machine, and we even walked away with two new ducks for our collection!) The service was excellent too. You order food and drinks at the counter, get a number for your table, and they bring everything out to you. After that, you can order another round directly from a server if you want, just make sure to close out your tab either with the server or back at the counter before you leave. Bonus: They have a parking lot in the back, which is a huge plus since parking can be tricky in this area. If you're looking for a casual, fun spot to catch a game, grab some food, and enjoy a great atmosphere, this place is definitely worth checking out!"
